Yesterday for lunch I had a Salad with steak tips and fat free ranch dressing.
Late lunch, I had a cup of chili from Chelo's.
For dinner, I wasn't particularly hungry. I had some beef Jerky, and some mixed Nuts. Not much of either.
Also drank some unsweetened green tea with lunch yesterday and half a diet coke.
Today, so far.. I had a protein bar, and will likely have a slimfast snack bar (peanut butter crunch) soon. Only water so far.
Weighed in at 312 this morning.
