Best selling author Tim Ferriss ,who wrote 4 hour work week, has come up with a new book titled 4 Hour Body. In this book, he tries to show that by making small but significant changes, you can have the body you want.

We have decided to try this out for ourselves and look forward to losing those extra pounds we don't need!
