no pictures wednesday

Well, seeing as I havn't posted here anything of value yet.

I'm Denny!

Liv and I are doing this 4 hr body dealio.. cus i wanna lose weight.. build confidence.. feel attractive.. all that jazz.

This morning I weighed in at 311.

Yesterday I didnt' really post pictures, I didn't eat much, and when I did I was busy with other things. Went to chinese buffet with Kent. Ate mostly meats and veggies. Avoided the bread and rice, and potatoes, and fruit, and deserts. *sulk* I miss fruit... But was generally good :)
